Fees rules
- All fees must be paid on or before the due dates notified by the school.
- If fees remain unpaid for more than the allowed period, the student’s name may be withheld from examinations
or struck off the roll after due notice. - Fees must be paid only at the school office or through the approved payment methods.
- Fee receipts must be preserved by parents for future reference.
- Admission Fee, Term Fee, Tuition fee and other fees will not be refunded if a student leaves the school in the middle of the term.
- Students admitted in the middle of the year must pay fees from the month of admission onward or as per school norms.
- If a student leaves the school mid-year, full term fees with transport fees (if applicable) must be cleared before the Leaving Certificate is issued.
- Parents must clear all pending dues before collecting report cards, TC, or any certificates.
- The school management reserves the right to revise the fee structure as per norms of Shivaji Dnyanvihar Shikshan Mandal and government regulations.
- Fees for activities, picnics, books, uniforms, etc., must be paid separately whenever notified.
- Students using school transport must pay transport fees in full for the term/year.
- Any dispute regarding fees will be resolved at the school office only, during working hours.
